1. Event Registration and Tickets

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of the registration confirmation.

Each ticket is valid for one participant and is subject to the benefits specified for the selected pass.

Participants must provide accurate registration details and present valid registration confirmation at entry.

Tickets must not be resold, transferred, duplicated or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from V Universe.

Entry is subject to venue capacity, security procedures and event rules.

2. Event Sessions and Schedule

AI Masterclass 2026 includes AI Content Creation & Filmmaking across both days, along with sessions on Agentic AI & Automation and AI in Marketing & Business.

The event schedule, session timings, speakers, activities and session formats may be modified by the organiser when reasonably necessary.

V Universe will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered participants.

A ticket provides access to the sessions included in the selected pass. It does not guarantee personal interaction with any specific speaker or mentor.

3. Ticket Pricing and Offers

Ticket prices, discounts and promotional offers are valid only during their stated availability periods.

Limited-time festive offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn when the offer period ends or the allocated tickets are sold out.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed during checkout.

The price and benefits applicable at the time of successful purchase will govern the registration, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation, Refunds and Event Changes

No Refund Policy: All ticket sales for AI Masterclass 2026 are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the ticket amount will not be refunded for any reason, including participant cancellation, non-attendance, late arrival, or failure to attend or use the ticket.

Ticket transfers are permitted only with prior written approval from V Universe.

If V Universe cancels the event entirely, registered participants will be informed of the applicable arrangements. If the event is postponed, relocated, or materially changed, V Universe will communicate the updated details and applicable arrangements to registered participants.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. Regular Pass Benefits

The Regular Pass is intended to include access to:

• AI Content Creation & Filmmaking sessions across both days.
• Agentic AI & Automation.
• AI in Marketing & Business.
• The event activities and resources expressly included in the final event programme.

Benefits not expressly listed in the ticket description are not guaranteed.

6. Elite Pass Benefits

The Elite Pass includes all Regular Pass benefits, plus:

• Priority front-row seating, subject to venue layout and accessibility or safety requirements.
• Two months of post-event support relating to AI content creation and filmmaking, according to the support format communicated by V Universe.

The scope, commencement date, delivery format, number of guidance sessions, response times and access arrangements for post-event support will be specified by the organiser in the Elite Pass description or written participant communication.

Post-event support does not automatically include unlimited personal mentorship, individual project production, done-for-you services, software subscriptions or paid third-party tools unless explicitly stated.

7. Learning Outcomes and Use of AI Tools

The event is educational and intended to share knowledge, workflows, demonstrations and practical applications of AI.

Individual results may vary according to participants’ skills, experience, tools and implementation.

V Universe does not guarantee employment, income, business growth, viral content, commercial success or any particular creative outcome.

AI platforms, features, pricing, usage limits and availability are controlled by their respective providers and may change without notice.

Participants are responsible for complying with the terms and licensing requirements of any third-party AI tools they use.

8. Intellectual Property and Recording

Event presentations, teaching materials, demonstrations, recordings and other original content supplied by V Universe or its speakers remain the property of their respective owners, subject to applicable rights.

Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit event sessions or materials without prior written permission.

Participants retain rights in their own original work, subject to third-party rights and any separate agreement.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for images, footage, music, voices, likenesses and other assets used in their AI-generated content.

Access to presentation files, recordings or downloadable resources is included only when expressly stated.

9. Photography, Video and Event Publicity

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation, educational purposes and promotional activities.

Where required by applicable law, consent will be obtained before using identifiable participant images or recordings for publicity.

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify the organiser before the event so reasonable arrangements can be discussed.

Participants must not photograph, record or publish another attendee’s private information or image in a manner that violates their rights.

10. Participant Conduct and Safety

Participants must follow venue rules, organiser instructions and applicable laws.

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, threats, damage to property or unauthorised commercial solicitation will not be tolerated.

The organiser may refuse entry or remove a participant for serious misconduct or safety reasons, subject to applicable law.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and must take reasonable care of venue property.

11. Venue and Accessibility

Participants must comply with the venue's entry, security, parking, accessibility and safety procedures.

Seating is subject to the venue's approved arrangement and capacity.

Elite front-row seating is a priority seating benefit, not a guarantee of a particular numbered seat unless expressly confirmed in writing.

12. Third-Party Services

V Universe is not responsible for interruptions, changes, failures or restrictions affecting third-party platforms, internet connectivity, software, equipment or services beyond its reasonable control. Participants should independently review third-party terms and licensing conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, V Universe will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a participant's attendance, use of educational materials or application of techniques discussed at the event.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, or excludes statutory consumer rights.

14. Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue unavailability or other exceptional events, affect the programme, V Universe may modify, postpone, relocate or cancel the event and communicate appropriate arrangements to participants.

15. Privacy and Participant Information

Registration information will be used for event administration, communication, attendance management and delivery of purchased benefits, in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Participant information will not be used for unrelated promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.

16. Amendments

V Universe may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting existing registrations will be communicated to participants, and changes will be applied subject to applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
